DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We will charge actual shipping cost on all orders and use the most economical, yet fastest method to get your products delivered to you.  We work with many domestic carriers and compare their rates to make sure you pay the least amount possible for shipping of your products.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We will do our best to ship to your country.  If you do not see it listed at checkout, please reach out to us at info@bottomdrops.com for us to work on a solution.

HOW QUICKLY DO I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We have chosen to keep all of our operations in-house.  From sourcing raw ingredients to packaging and customer service, we want to maintain complete knowledge and involvement in our products to ensure quality control.

To maintain efficient operations, yet remain competitive with companies who outsource, we ship all orders twice per week.  This allows us to provide a boutique experience, package your order with love, add coupons when available and provide VIP customer service for our Bottom Drops customers.

Haste makes waste.

We want our products, services and shipment to maintain integrity at all times.  However, if, by chance, you need your product delivered sooner, let us know.  We will do our best to accommodate your happiness and success!

HOW DO WE PACKAGE?

We like to "under package" in efforts to reduce our carbon footprint.  This approach allows us to stay connected with our environmental needs.  We use as little packaging as reasonably possible.  We also up-cycle every scrap of paper, bubblewrap and carton we receive from our suppliers.  We use it all when we ship our products out.  

That said, we ask you to participate in nurturing the resources of environment. Please continue re-using our used packaging to maintain the mentality of carbon reduction.  Additionally, if you should decide to retire our packaging, please do so responsibly. Thank you. :)
